Noah's Ark Nursery Mission Statement
We love and serve children in the name of Jesus. We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment that will allow us to teach children to love the Lord their God with all their hearts, souls, minds and strength as they sit, walk, lie down and get up. Through that love, we pray that children will come to know and rely upon God throughout their lives.
Getting on Board Noah's Ark
When getting your child on board Noah's Ark, please sign in on the attendance sheet, noting any special instructions. You will be assigned a number and given a pager with the same number. Should you be needed during the service, you will be paged. We will not let your child cry, inconsolably, for more than 10 minutes. Please come to Noah's Ark if you are paged. After the service, you must return your pager when you pick up your child. Please send only adults from your family to pick up the child. By following these measures, we'll have a safe, healthy nursery.
Noah's Ark Policies
Noah's Ark operates on a well-baby policy. Please do not bring your child if any of these symptoms are present: fever, cough, diarrhea, impetigo, questionable rash, active chicken pox, pink eye, measles, colored nasal drainage, on antibiotics for less than 24 hours, or any other infectious disease. Please complete a registration form for each child in Noah's Ark. This form will be kept on file and used by the Noah's Ark staff. Please label bottles, diaper bags and pacifiers with your child's name. Please bring your child in a clean diaper. You will be paged to change soiled diapers. In an emergency, your child will be safely evacuated. Please meet in the northeast parking lot.

| Curriculum In the infant room, the staff encourages physical, emotional and spiritual growth utilizing developmentally appropriate toys, books and music. In the toddler room, children hear Bible stories, listen to music, do crafts and color papers. They also have a peanut-free and age-appropriate snack and water. Each room has a supply of toys that are sanitized after each use, following recommendations set by the Minnesota State Health Department. |
